If you run into issues when signing up, below are a few things to check to complete your sign-up process.

  1. Use a computer, the system works best on a desktop or laptop.

  2. Make sure you're using the correct signup link: https://app.clarahomecare.com/coordinators/sign_up

  3. Pay extra attention to the Document section, below the Signature.

    1. The name on the About You section needs to be exactly the same as the signature section to sign the forms. If you enter "Kat Moore" in the About You section but "kat moore" in the signature, it won’t match.
