If you haven’t received your pay via direct deposit, don’t worry, here are the steps to quickly resolve the issue:

Step 1: Check Your Bank Account Information

Start by confirming that your bank details were entered correctly in your Clara account. This includes:

  • Bank account number

  • Routing number
