If you’re having issues paying with your ACH bank account, it’s likely due to your account not being verified yet. Please follow the steps below to complete your bank verification and enable ACH payments.

How to Verify Your Bank Account

  1. Log into your bank account where you’re trying to make the ACH payment.

  2. Look for a small deposit from Stripe. In the company name field of the transaction, you’ll find a unique 6-digit descriptor code.

  3. This code will start with the letters SM followed by 4 numbers. For example: SM1234.

  4. You’ll need to enter the 4 digits that come after SM (e.g., 1234) to complete the verification process.

Once your bank account is verified, you should be able to pay with your ACH bank account seamlessly.
